Zendrhax helps you manage your work in one place: organize workspaces, invite teammates, and activate apps that fit how you work.
This guide walks you through everything from creating your account to activating your first app. If you're brand-new, follow the articles in order under Getting started, Workspaces and Apps. If you're looking for something specific, the search box at the top of the help center is your friend.
How the platform is organised
- Your account is unique to you — one email, one password, one identity across the platform.
- Workspaces are the team-level containers where work happens. You can belong to several workspaces (your own, a client's, a partner's) and switch between them from the top-right menu.
- Apps are the products that live inside your workspace. You activate them per workspace and only pay for what you actually use.
Each app has its own detailed help inside the app itself — this site covers the general platform topics that apply to every workspace.
Where to go next
- Create and activate your account — register with your email and confirm the activation link we send you.
- Your first workspace — set up the first team / company container that holds your data.
- How apps work — understand the modular product surface.
- Activate an app on a workspace — activate the first app inside your workspace.
Continue with your account
You already have an account and a selected workspace. Choose a useful next step rather than starting registration again. These steps apply when the platform authorizes you to manage the workspace's apps.
- Open My Apps and review the apps available in the current workspace. Open the app you want to use if it is already active.
- If you need a different app, review its plans and included features before choosing. If you already hold it, review its workspace activation in My Apps instead of obtaining it again. The platform checks what you can activate.
- Inside the app, choose the task you want to do. You can ask the assistant how to start, what you need or why a task is blocked; it checks the available information before answering.
- In Settings, review your profile and security options when needed. There is no need to create another account or workspace to use this one.
Continue as a workspace member
You already have an account and a selected workspace. Start with the apps shared with you; being a workspace administrator does not by itself authorize you to obtain or activate apps.
- Open My Apps to see the apps available to you in this workspace, and open the one you want to use.
- If an app or task is missing or blocked, ask the owner or an authorized administrator to review the app's activation and your access. The assistant can explain the available checks without granting access.
- Tell the assistant what you want to do inside an available app so it can explain the procedure and any conditions it can verify.
- In Settings, review your own profile and security options when needed.
