You can download a machine-readable copy of the personal information connected to your account. This supports your right to access your data and gives you a copy you can review or keep.
What the download contains
The file is organized into clear sections:
- A summary with the date the copy was prepared.
- Your account profile, workspace memberships, security activity, and app access.
- Personal information you added through active apps that support account exports.
The download does not include other people's private information, passwords, payment card details, or platform secrets.
It also does not copy workspace records created by another member simply because you can view them. Those records belong to the workspace rather than to your personal account.
Download your data
- Open Settings.
- Choose Privacy & data.
- Select Download my data.
The platform prepares the file and starts the secure download. The action is also recorded in your account activity for your protection.
How often you can download it
You can prepare one new copy every 24 hours. If you try again too soon, the page tells you when another copy will be available.
Information from apps
Each supported app contributes only the personal information it manages for your account. If an app is not active or does not store personal information for you, its section may be empty.
If you need formal confirmation
Contact support if a court, regulator, or business review requires a signed explanation of what the download contains. Support will handle the request within the legally required response period.
